| Description |
fr macrophotographie montrant la croute d'algues et bactéries fixant efficacement le sable soumis à érosion (sur un turricule de taupinière). Malgré la pluie le sable reste en place fixé par le biofilm et substance mucilagineuses produites par les algues, bactéries. On trouve aussi quelques lichens mais qui ont fortement régressé en raison de la pollution de l'air dans cette zone (agriculture intensive et 4 papeteries et une grande verrerie cristallerie à proximité). Photo prise sur le Plateau d'helfaut près de la Colonne d'Helfaut (près de St Omer, dans le pas de Calais, en France) en first stage of colonisation by pioneer species (bacteria + algae) on sand, (Helfaut, Pas de Calais, north of france) |
