Description
English: Lead alloy Medal. Milled Commemorative Medal, with portrait bust of Edward Prince of Wales, so therefore before his accession to the throne in 1901; apparently related to an opening event. Abraded.

Obverse description: Paired clothed busts left; the better preserved to the front being Edward, Prince of Wales.

Obverse inscription: [--]LLXANS , reading uncertain.

Reverse description: Legend over ten or more lines: [--]OR/[--]/[T]HEIR/ROYAL HIGH[--]/THE PRINCE &[--]/OF WA[--]/[--]GREAT GI[--]/OPEN THE UN[--]/AND UNV[--]/THE ST[--]/[--]
