Description
English: Cast copper alloy nut cracker fragment dating to the post-medieval to modern period (AD1700-1900). The object consists of one arm and handle. The crushing box does not survive. The top of the arm is circular in cross-section, decorated with a moulded collar. The arm then curves outwards and flattens forming a D-shaped handle with a tapered end.
