Description
English: Rear Admiral Arthur John Power (right) on the quarterdeck of HMS Cleopatra in Port Said on 5 November 1942. Power had been appointed to command the 15th Cruiser Squadron of the Royal Navy in September 1942. To the left of the picture stands Power's flag lieutenant.
