Description
Português: Curas milagrosas do Professor Mozart, médium espírita que atendia na Estação de Recreio. Apresentado por Nóbrega da Cunha, Secretário da Sociedade Brasileira de Estudos Psíquicos. A divulgação das curas mediúnicas do Centro Espírita de Recreio era feita pelo jornal Vanguarda, através do seu jornalista Rubey Wanderley. A Estação de Recreio e sua rua "de terra, próximas às casas baixas, de um lado, e os trilhos de estrada de ferro do outro". O "velho casarão", onde funcionava o Centro Espírita, pela sua pobreza lembra "o estábulo onde nasceu o Cristianismo". O atendimento do professor Mozart de doentes que estão nos hotéis do lugar e não podem locomover-se até o Centro. Logo de manhã, os doentes já o esperam. Mas a maioria dos pacientes se concentra em frente ao Centro, sentados ou abrigados em "barraquinhas". A clientela do Professor constitui-se de doentes com os mais diversos problemas: "Tabes Dorsalis", "Tabes Spinalis" ou "encosto", paralisia parcial ou total, nefrite, "obsessão", "estado letárgico", epilepsia e "encefalite letárgica". Uso de linha férrea como guia para os doentes, principalmente em casos de paralisia. O professor realiza sucessivas sessões de curas em que os pacientes são indicados pelo seu nome, idade, procedência e endereço. O Professor Mozart é homenageado com um jantar íntimo no Hotel Pinho pelos jornalistas que foram à Estação de Recreio. O deputado Ribeiro Junqueira e "políticos da localidade" visitam o Professor. According to Brazilian copyright law (Law 9.610 of February 19, 1998; see translation):
  • Article 41: The author’s economic rights shall be protected for a period of 70 years as from the first of January of the year following his death, subject to observance of the order of succession under civil law;

  • Article 44: The economic rights in audiovisual and photographic works shall be protected for a period of 70 years from the first of January of the year following that of their disclosure;
  • Article 45: In addition to the works in respect of which the protection of the economic rights has expired, the following shall pass into the public domain:
    • I. the works of authors deceased without heir;
    • II. the works of unknown authors, subject to the legal protection of ethnic and traditional lore.
  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.
