Raimonds Graube, Latvian Chief of Defense; Ambassador Nancy Bikoff Pettit, U.S. Ambassador to Latvia; and Latvian Defense Minister Raimonds Bergmanis cut the ribbon during a ceremony celebrating the first delivery of a $22 million Sentinel Ground-Based Air Defense System to Latvia, June 19, 2016, in Lielvarde, Latvia.
