Summary[edit]
DescriptionRollingShutterGrowLight.webm |
English: Rolling shutter causing vertical fuchsia stripes to be visible on a window frame and plants.
The light-emitting diode grow light is powered by a full-wave rectifier causing it to flicker at 120 Hz. The rolling shutter of the smart phone camera's CMOS sensor interacts with the flickering of the LEDs causing the stripes. |
