Summary

Sculpture by Mackennal, and, incidentally, the art works in the background, are all out of copyright in Australia because the artists deceased before 1956. See Licensing below.

Photographed and cropped on Apple iPhone 12 Pro. Cropping process appears to have stripped EXIF data.

Paintings in background include: Summer Time c. 1907 by Rupert Bunny (1864–1947); In the Afternoon 1891 by John Russell (1858–1930); and The Ferry c. 1910–1911 by E. Phillips Fox (1865–1915). Sculpture in background to be identified.
