Description
English: Savoy Hotel, Seattle, Washington. Built 1906, destroyed 1986. Circa 1910, judging by the vehicle in the picture.

This appears to have been based on the first photo that can be seen on https://pauldorpat.com/2011/01/01/seattle-now-then-the-savoy-hotel/. In that photo, you can see that the building at far right is the (1904) Pantages Theatre, with a sign calling it that; Pantages replaced this with a larger theater on Third Avenue in 1915.

Also, has to be 1907 or later because that is when the upper four stories of the Savoy were built: One of the photos at https://bythedarkofthemoon.wordpress.com/tag/savoy-hotel/ shows that work just beginning, and is dated (on the photo) Mar. 22, 1907.
