Summary[edit]

Description

Sceloporus sp.? Lepán, Yucatan, Mexico

This reptiles were quite abundant in Lepán. Some of them were mostly red while others had a yellow head. I was told by people from the village that the red ones were the males and the yellow ones the females, yet, I have not confirmed this. I think these could be a Sceloporus serrifer, but I'm not sure.
