Die Kleinseeberger Mühle liegt am linken Flussufer, im Plan oben bzw. westlich verbunden mit dem Ort Kleinseebach (heute Möhrendorf).
Die Baiersdorfer Mühle liegt am rechten Flussufer, im Plan unten bzw. östlich, am Weg von Erlangen nach Baiersdorf.

Überschrift: "Nro: VI." Titel: "Situations Plan der Baiersdorfer und Seebacher Mühle".

Namentlich bezeichnet sind von der Kleinseebacher Mühle die "Mahlmühle" und die zurückversetzte "Sägmühle". Dazu abgebildet sind vier Wasserräder und eine kleine Scheune, sowie westlich daneben, am Weg nach Kleinseebach, ein Wohngebäude, ein Nebengebäude und ein keiner Backofen.

Von der Baiersdorfer Mühle sind namentlich bezeichnet die "Mahl-Mühle" mit drei Mühlrädern, die "Säge="(Mühle), und die "Lohe="(Mühle). Auf der gegenüberliegenden Wegseite befinden sich ein Wohn- und zwei Nebengebäude.

Am gepfeilten und so bezeichneten "Wehr" ist aan beiden Enden eine Art 'Rechen' mit "Abfall" bezeichnet, an der Baiersdorfer Mühle zusätzlich ein "Erich" (Einrichtung zum Aal-Fang). Unterhalb vom Wehr liegt in der Flussmitte eine auch so bezeichnete "Sandbank" und darunter ein Richtungspfeil für die Fliessrichtung der Regnitz.

Als "Maasstab" ist verzeichnet: "700 Fus = 1 baierischen Fus".

Unterschrift: "???", "Amman" und "Bau Director". Darunter "K49i" (unklar). Links daneben mit Bleistift: "XIV/48/" (unklar).

Oben links ein vermutlich nachträglicher blauer Stempel "KOENIGLI. REGIERUNGS. BIBLIOTHEK IN ANSBACH"

Das südlich am linken Ufer gezeichnete Wäldchen könnte dem heutigen, 370m flussaufwärts liegenden Wäldchen am Flussknie entsprechen, wäre dann aber proportional zu nah an der Mühle gezeichnet.
