| Description |
English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
Electric light sign and newspaper headlines on the firing of Dutch warships by the Indonesian marine near New Guinea. State Secretary of Internal Affairs T.H. Bot gives a short reaction to the news, in which he expresses a feeling of disappointment, because the Netherlands tried to come up with a peaceful solution. He still wants to talk with Indonesia about the future of New Guinea through the UN and the USA.
Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.
Lichtreclame en krantenkoppen over de beschietingen van Nederlandse oorlogsschepen door de Indonesische marine bij Nieuw-Guinea. Staatssecretaris van Binnenlandse Zaken T.H. Bot geeft op het nieuws een reactie, waarin hij spreekt over een gevoel van teleurstelling, omdat Nederland trachtte te komen tot een vreedzame oplossing.
