The bewil-dering cross play of their unconscioustendencies and deliberate acts disconcertsgeneral judgment. Obreg6n is not one ofthis category. He holds too tenaciously to the guiding thread of reason, and is fartoo impatient of vacillation to rank as aHamlet nature.
