| Description | A ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 16, signaled the official opening of the Sunset Beach Roundabout project; a joint effort between NCDOT, (contributed $140,000 from Federal Safety Improvements); the town of Sunset Beach and $250, 000 from small construction). The project was designed and constructed within 18 months!! This is the entrance to the approach to the recently opened Sunset Beach Bridge. NCDOT Division 3 Staff, Inspectors, Town Mayor, Town Manager's staff, Chamber of Commerce, and local business owners attended the ribbon cutting |
