Description

This picture is taken in the presidential residence in Helsinki. Cameraman Pentti Valkeala is testing German Fernseh GmbH's Orthicon camera, type KIO.

Yleisradion televisiolähetys itsenäisyyspäivän vastaanotolta Presidentinlinnasta. Kameramies Pentti Valkeala kokeilemassa Fernseh GmbH:n valmistamaa Orthikon-kameraa (tyyppi KIO ja Ortikon kameraputket) ennen itsenäisyyspäivän vastaanoton ja tv-lähetyksen alkamista 6.12.1957 Helsingissä.
