Español: El anélido o gusano segmentado Pristina leidyi es un pariente cercano de las lombrices de tierra que vive en zonas de agua dulce. Utilizando el compuesto EdU (5-etinil-2-desoxiuridina) se pueden observar en azul las células que están proliferando o dividiéndose en un individuo adulto.
English: The freshwater annelid or segmented worm Pristina leidyi is a close relative of earthworms. Using confocal microscopy and an EdU (5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine) staining, the cells that are proliferating or dividing in an adult individual can be observed in blue.
