ROTA, Spain (Feb. 11, 2014) - Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus and Admiral Jaime Munoz-Diaz del Rio, Spanish Chief of Naval Operations meet during a ceremony marking the arrival of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) to Naval Station Rota.
