English: At sea aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) Mar. 5, 2003 -- Marines from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) board a Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) assigned to Assault Craft Unit Four (ACU-4) to be transported to the amphibious assault ship. Iwo Jima departed her homeport of Norfolk, Va., on March 4, 2003, and is on her maiden voyage conducting missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
