English: Naval Central Command Headquarters, Bahrain (Apr.17, 2003) -- Vice Adm. Timothy J. Keating and his wife, Wanda Lee, proudly display their Master Chief Petty Officer collar devices and earrings that were presented to them by the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Terry Scott. Vice Adm. Keating was made an honorary Master Chief Petty Officer in a ceremony held at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain as members of the Chief Petty Officer's Mess looked on. The MCPON and Mrs. Keating affixed the anchors to the Admiral's collars while Fifth Fleet Force Master Chief, Robert Chapman, read the citation.
