Barry McCullough, Commander Navy Region Hawaii, Commander Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific, look at a historic photo of the salvage and recovery efforts for the battle ship USS Oklahoma (BB 37) following a wreath laying ceremony at the USS Arizona Memorial. Sugimoto is in Pearl Harbor with three Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) Training Squadron ships: JDS Kashima (TV3508), JDS Hamayuki (DD126) and JDS Sawagiri (DD157).
