English: Apra Harbor, Guam (July 26, 2005) – The conventionally-powered aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) departs Naval Forces Marianas Support Activity, after a four-day port visit. Currently under way in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR), Kitty Hawk demonstrates power projection and sea control as the U.S. Navy's only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier.
