Description
English: SAN DIEGO (June 15, 2007) - Sailors take turns completing a total of 60 sit-ups during the Naval Base San Diego and Navy Region Southwest Moral, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) 2nd Annual Backyard Fitness Challenge. The event, comprised of two person teams who compete in a 3-mile run, 100-yard wheelbarrow race, 60 push-ups and 60 sit-ups, lets Sailors have fun while still getting a physical workout.
