English: LIGAO, Philippines (June 26, 2007) - Children flock to Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Leonard Mandap as he begins to videotape the progress made at the Honest Anislag Duraga Transition Center in support of Pacific Partnership 2007. Mandap, attached to amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5), was part of the 50-person contingent who worked with local volunteers to build 35 houses in 10 days.
