John Orzalli inspects the interior of an Afghan National Army Air Corps' MI-35E helicopter, and talks with the crewmen during a visit to the ANAAC base in Kabul. Orzalli toured the facility while participating in the Capstone program, which takes newly selected general/flag officers on overseas field studies to learn about joint/combined doctrine, interoperability, and key allied nation issues. The program is a six-week course designed to promote effective planning and employment of U.S. forces in joint and combined operations to support national policy objectives.
