Description
English: YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 19, 2007) - Chief Damage Controlman Ted Leavitt shows a group of children how a Naval Firefighting Thermal Imager (NFTI) works during a Friends and Family Day Cruise aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67). The family cruise is a Navy program that permits Sailors to bring relatives and friends aboard for a day at sea and provide them the opportunity to see and participate in daily shipboard routine.
