Description
English: CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (May 20, 2009) Capt. Patrick Gibbons, commanding officer of Camp Lemonier, Djibouti; Capt. William Finn, prospective camp commanding officer; and members of the URS-IAP World Services organization break ground on a new Camp galley. The $12 million, 24,000 square foot structure will provide a 500-person capacity for the 2200 U.S. and joint military personnel and Department of Defense contractors assigned to the Camp.
