English: PEARL HARBOR (Feb. 27, 2010) The guided-missile frigate USS Crommelin (FFG 37) makes its way out of Naval Station Pearl Harbor as the state of Hawaii is expecting a tsunami generated by an earthquake near Chile. Commander, Navy Region Hawaii and Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific ordered four ships based at Pearl Harbor to get underway as a precautionary measure. USS O'Kane, USS Crommelin (FFG 37), USS Chafee (DDG 90) and USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) were ordered to get underway to avoid potential damage to ships and piers from anticipated high tidal surges.
