English: PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 4, 2011) Sailors stand by as a pallet of spare parts is transferred to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) during a replenishment at sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204). Cowpens took on 145,000 gallons of fuel and 3,000 pounds of spare parts and supplies during the replenishment.
