Description
English: A U.S. Army soldier of the 45th Infantry Division dashes across a street under sniper fire in Zweibrücken-Wattweiler, Germany. The 157th Infantry Regiment, Colorado National Guard, an element of the 45th Infantry Division, seized this town on 19 March 1945 after breaching the defense barrier known as the "Siegfried Line" (German: "Westwall").
