Bi tevîhevbûna xwînhênerokan, xwînhênerên hê firehtir pêk tê. Xwînhêner jî bi hîn pirtir xwînhêneran ve tevî hev dibin û xwînhênerên serek pêk tînin. Xwînhênerên sereke firehtir û gewretir lûleyên xwînê nê. Xwînhênera sereke ya jorîn(superior vena cava) û xwînhênera sereke ya jêrîn(inferior vena cava) xwînhênerên serekê ne. Dîwarê xwînhêner jî wekî mîna dîwarê xwînberan, ji sê çînan pêk tê. Lê dîwarê xwînhêneran ji yên xwînberan teniktir e. Rîşalên qaîşokî yên di nav dîwarê xwînhêneran, ji yên xwînberan kêmtir e.
