Notes: View from Algiers Point across the Mississippi River towards the French Quarter of New Orleans.

  • I believe this photo is misdated; Note that to left of the Jax Brewery "Castle" it shows the 1980s shops building already constructed, whereas the old industrial buildings in the location had not yet been demolished at the time. Compare with this photo from late 1978 or early 1979: File:JaxBreweryNatchez79.jpg. However the old wharfs where Woldenberg Park would be established were not yet demolished, making the likely date early 1980s. -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 19:08, 14 October 2022 (UTC)
