Description
Français : WikiConvention francophone 2022: Pages d’aide.
Certains projets ont beaucoup de pages d'aide, d'autres très peu. Certaines pages d'aide sont très liées à des pages de convention (règles, conventions, recommandations), d'autres sont éparses ou liées à des problèmes spécifiques rencontrés par le passé. La plupart des pages d'aide sont des aides à la contribution surtout, rarement des aides à la lecture ou à l'organisation collective (facilitation de communauté, outils rhétoriques, apaisements). Comment pourrions-nous aider à la rédaction de pages d'aide ? Avoir une documentation sur la documentation la plus utile à initier un nouveau projet (nouveau portail thématique, nouvelle langue, nouvel outil) ? Penser ensemble de nouvelles dynamiques de production de l'aide avec des formats plus variés (dans ou hors du projet concerné, rédigé ou multimédia, vers des publics spécifiques et concernés ? etc.) ? Serait-il possible d'avoir des portails de haut niveau à la lecture selon l'information recherchée et à la contribution guidant vers l'ensemble des projets selon les formes de contribution souhaitées ?
