Description
Français : WikiConvention francophone 2022: Rapport sur l’open content dans les institutions culturelles en France.

Les musées, archives et bibliothèques français offrent-ils une réelle liberté d'accès et de repartage de leurs numérisations aux publics en ligne ? En ont-ils les moyens ? Dans quelles proportions les institutions culturelles utilisent-elles des licences libres ? En d'autres termes, quelle est la place réelle des utilisateurs dans leur stratégie numérique, censée répondre aux missions d’accessibilité et de diffusion ? Le 26 avril 2022 Wikimédia France proposait avec l'agence Phare la restitution du premier rapport national sur l'open content culturel en France. Un projet qui répond aux différentes questions posées ci-dessus, et plus encore. Une photographie de l'open content qui a nécessité un véritable travail collaboratif articulé autour d'une vingtaine d'entretiens avec des institutions culturelles, d'un questionnaire diffusé à grande échelle et d'un groupe de travail régulièrement sollicité.
