Summary[edit]

Description

Radio WWOZ programer at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, posing with "World's Biggest Portable Radio". This was a mock-up of a 1950s radio fitted as framework over an old VW-mini bus, used to attract promotional attention. It was built for parade from Napoleon Avenue to Armstrong Park in October 1984, so this must be the 1985 Jazz Fest.
