Description
Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd. Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog voerden de Duitsers alle installaties van de walserij voor zware platen van de Hoogovens te IJmuiden weg naar Duitsland. Alles is nu bij de rechtmatige eigenaar terug en weer in bedrijf. De minister van Economische Zaken, dr. G.W.H. Huysmans, bezoekt de walserij en ziet hoe arbeiders zware massieve blokken staal mbv ovens en grote walsen veranderen in lange staalplaten. SHOTS: - ext. fabrieksinstallaties Hoogovens; - int. walserij; 13:20 Huysmans (midden).
