Русский: На данной картинке представлен результат окрашивания антителами на GFAP - Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein или Глиальный Кислый Фибрилярный Белок, специфичными маркерами астроцитов в крысиной нейроглиальной культуре, а также NeuN - ядерный белок нейронов. Антитела мечены вторичными с зелёной и красной флуоресцентной меткой для более лёгкого определения и интерпретации. Красной меткой окрашен GFAP, зелёной - NeuN.
Данное изображение было получено в рамках эксперимента по разделению кальциевого ответа в нейроглиальной культуре кортекса крысы.
English: On this image we can see result of staining with antibodyes on GFAP - Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein, specific marker of Astrocyte in rat neuroglial cell culture, and NeuN - nuclear protein of Neurons. Antibodyes bound with second antibodyes, which have red and green fluorescent label for better comprehention and interpretetion. Red label stained GFAP, green - Neun
