Hi, the EXIF data on this photo says "Copyright: 2009 Koitz. All rights reserved". Can you confirm that you have the right copyright release and who the photographer was?

I have uploaded this image to commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%D0%90%D0%BB% D0%B5%D0%BA%... and will need to get the licensing right for this photo and others where the EXIF data may be seen to be in contradiction to the licence chosen on Flickr.

This is Koitz, Sasha's friend and the photographer who took that photo. Yes, Sasha and I have an agreement and he has the right to use and publish that and tthe other photos. Just credit me as Koitz. Please let me know if you have any questions, Thanks,
