although it is a nice picture, it does not show an aortic dissection. it shows coronary artery sclerosis. regards, david.

Comment: The fingers give a rough scale. The vessel is approximately 2-3 fingers wide. If you assume a finger is ~1.5 cm you're looking a vessel with a circumference of approximately 3 to 4.5 cm. Nephron  T|C 20:43, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
