Completely not official licence review by User:Gone Postal[edit]

I am not a licence reviewer, but I have looked at the YouTube page and can confirm that today the licence was CC-BY.

What I have done: Opened the video and checked that 1) Video is not blocked or deleted, 2) "Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed)" is displayed in the description section
What I may not have done: It is possible that the video that is given as the source is actually not the video that was copied, sometimes I may look at the video, but often I will not. It is also possible that the video upload was an act of licence laundering. Licence reviewer should still check that.
