Very nice artwork, but I see a slight problem with the most recent version: The description of the coat of arms specifically mentions a golden "postament", a solid support for the lions and the shield, and that has all but disappeared in the January 2009 update. While there is still some hint at a support, it is not really true to the description any longer. Or am I being too literal in my interpretation here? - User:91.95.60.40

Look at this. - Ssolbergj (talk) 13:48, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
OK, point taken. However, that is not how the greater coat of arms is rendered in its official, more stylized modern versions. The flat, boring but more clear-cut postament is a lot more familiar to Swedes. There's an official mark ["By appointment to His Majesty the King of Sweden" ("Kungl. hovleverantör")] that is reproduced on various retail products, and that particular rendition has a very strong impact on the public view regarding what is the "right" look for the coat of arms. - User:91.95.60.40
Well, then maybe it's a good point not to make this version too similar to the official version, since dishonest people might use this as a forgered royal warrant. -- Jsdo1980 (talk) 10:48, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Red claws and teeth[edit]

Just a minor point on an otherwise excellent rendering: According to the blasoning, the claws and the teeth of the supporters should be red. -- Jsdo1980 (talk) 10:45, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Done. - Ssolbergj (talk) 17:32, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Stars[edit]

The stars should be placed above the eagle in the arms om Ponte Corvo and there shouldn't be any line of division between the eagle and the bridge. Could somebody fix this? /B****n (talk) 22:25, 19 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
