This is in Category:Erotic activities involving children? Since when did children have such well-developed breasts as the females depicted in this image? And what is meant by "underage"? Please inform yourself about the author and you'll see that he drew many things concerning sexual activities involving children. "Underage" means "under 18". You might think the character on the left is not a child but I assure you're wrong. A 10-12yo girl can have breasts that are already as developped as on this picture. See also the differences of height/proportions between the two characters.
