User:Kanonkas marked this image with superb encyclopedic quality as "as missing essential permission information", but I see no problem. It was uploaded by no:user:Nina in september 2005 with the comment that this drawing was reproduced in several works, and that it was not possible to find the original author, and that her upload came from a course syllabus that did not give a reference for it. Nina gave the license as PD.

Then the description mentions that the drawing was made by the architect Håkon Christie in 1974, and that he had given permission in a telephone conversation with the uploader on February 27, 2006. The next day Nina uploaded a version with much larger resolution (2001×2168). It does not seem scanned, and I think that she got this computer file (dated February 27, 2006) from the author.

Probably that was when the license was changed to {{Cc-by-sa-2.0}}. I see no reason whatsoever to doubt that that was the license that Christie agreed on in his telephone conversation with the uploader. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 21:08, 1 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Peter, your account of the events here is a correct translation from Norwegian ;) We're clarifying the matter through OTRS just for the formality of it, so that this (and related images) will not be deleted again by mistake. Regards, Finn Rindahl (talk) 21:05, 2 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
