Identification

Original author identified this specimen as medium and has reverted my edits. In my opinion this plant cannot be medium; although the species are similar, medium has solid green leaflets and pratense has a lighter V shape on them. In this light, recategorizing to "unidentified Trifolium" for more opinions. --Pitke (talk) 16:19, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

The determination of this plant in "real life" was safe und unequivocally. I don't agree that pattern on the leaflets would be a meaningful differentiator between the two species (both can have them). But the stipules are very specific (+/- visible in the picture), and so the zic-zac stem is. This is Trifolium medium for sure. -- Fice (talk) 18:47, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
