The Flags of municipalities of Slovakia includes the flags of municipalities of Slovakia. Due to the total number of municipalities, the directory will be on the top.

Municipal flags are, mostly, based off of the colors on their respective coats of arms. Flags are granted by the Heraldic Commission of Slovakia, presumably, at the same time as their respective coats of arms. Any flags which are used in any official sense, although not granted by the Heraldic Commission therefore are de facto municipal flags. Among these de facto flags in the regional capitals are Košice, Trnava, and Žilina. Official Slovakian municipal flags follow the pattern of being swallowtailed or having a double-swallowtail. Cities use a swallowtail, and any other communities may use a double-swallowtail. They are composed of stripes and contain no symbols.
