English: HMAS Warramunga (FFH-152) (left) and French ship Commandant Ducuing (F 795) participate in naval maneuvers during Exercise "Leading Edge" in the Arabian Gulf on the 30th of October 2006. Naval and law enforcement personnel from Australia, Bahrain, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States participated in the exercise. Exercise Leading Edge is the maritime portion of a two-phase, multi-national proliferation security initiative (PSI) exercise. PSI is a response to the growing challenge posed by the proliferation of WMD, their delivery systems, and related materials worldwide.
Français : La frégate HMAS Warramunga(FFH-152) (gauche) et l'aviso français Commandant Ducuing (F 795) participent à des manoeuvres navales pendant l'exercice "Leading Edge" dans le Golfe Persique, le 30 octobre 2006. Des hommes des marines et des polices d'Australie, du Bahrein, de France, d'Italie, du Royaume-Uni et des USA participent à l'exercice. L'exercice "Leading Edge" est la partie maritime d'un exercice international en deux phases sur l'"Initiative de sécurité contre la prolifération" (PSI, "proliferation security initiative").
