| Description | Paysage du Hoge Veluwe (Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe) , parc naturel national des Pays-Bas, qui offre au public - sur entrée payante - environ 5000 ha (précisément 54,5 km² ) de nature restaurée sur une ancienne zone agricole rachetée et boisée par deux riches néerlandais au début du siècle. Ce parc abrite des paysages exceptionnels, et bien que clôturé est un des grands noyaux du réseau écologique néerlandais. Il abrite de nombreuses espèces protégées et a contribué par son Centre d'interprétation à sensibiliser plusieurs millions de personnes à la rsetauration et protection de l'environnement et plus particulièrement à la restauration de la naturalité des paysages, qui est caractéristique de ce site. Le parc est divisé en zones dont certaines interdites aux grands herbivores sauvages (cerf, mouflons) et sangliers. Les pas canadiens (alignements de barres d'acier au dessus d'une fosse) suffisent à maintenir les animaux du même côté de la clôture. |
