Why?

- It's the "Summary" heading that appears on file description pages, appearing in place of {{int:filedesc}}. It contains the same text that it did when it was deleted; that's exactly the reason it was deleted. Even if the page still existed, no explanation would have been provided. There's some explanation at Commons:Interwiki words, although I'm pretty sure int: means interface rather than interwiki. Reach Out to the Truth (talk) 00:45, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
