Star chart images and related media about the midnight culmination of the star Sirius.

Midnight at the local timezone on a location on Earth differs from the local solar time midnight by a few seconds to up to 3 hours depending on the location's longitude difference towards the timezone's center longitude.

At the time of a star culmination, the star crosses the local meridian (true south location).

For locations where local solar time and local timezone time matches, the anti solar point (ASP) crosses the meridian at midnight.
