English: Routemaster bus RML2636 (reg. NML 636E) was delivered to London Transport in May 1967. As with all RML buses, in the early 1990s it was re-engined (Iveco) and refurbished. It saw continual use in London into the privatisation era, passing in 1994 into the fleet of Cowie South London (which later became Arriva London South), assigned to route 173 operating out of Brixton (code BN) garage. After use on the final normal Routemaster route, Arriva's route 159 right up until its last day 95 December 2005), it then passed to dealer Ensignbus in December 2005, and was immediately sold to a private owner based in Derbyshire, who planned to renovate and repaint it for further use as a customer private hire vehicle for patrons of The Little Mill Inn pub and restaurant in Rowarth.
