Template:AccreditationTicket/doc
Only VRT volunteers should be adding the {{AccreditationTicket}} template. This template is used to identify the ticket documenting the accreditation that was required to create a certain picture.
The template automatically sets the following categories:
- Category:Items with OTRS permission confirmed
- Category:Items with ticket OTRS permission confirmed
- Category:Items with incorrect VRTS ticket ID
- Category:Items missing VRTS ticket ID

Template parameters

id1 | Use {{AccreditationTicket|id=################}} when you know the ticket ID number. This is the preferred way of specifying ticket number, which is a 16 digit number starting with 4 digit year. The template recognizes numbers between 1980 0000 0000 0000 and 3000 0000 0000 0000, and flags the id's outside that range as incorrect and places them in Category:Items with incorrect ticket ID. On very rare occasions there are records with valid ticket ID numbers outside that range (some of them have extra digit). Use verified_out_of_range_ID=1 parameter for such tickets to remove them from the category | empty | optional | |
2 | Same as id. This option is used by images moved from German (and possibly other) Wikipedias. The number has to be in 1980 0000 0000 0000 to 3000 0000 0000 0000 range. The files using this option will be added to Category:OTRS templates with 2 or more unnamed parameters, so they can be converted to use id parameter. | empty | optional | |
ticket | Use {{AccreditationTicket|ticket=https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=######}} when you know the URL of the VRTS ticket, but not the ticket ID number. Since AccreditationTicket template should only be added by VRT members, who can look up ticket ID numbers based on URL, this option should only be used for old cases. | empty | optional | |
